PBP medical certificate not needed for 2011

In email to a RUSA Board Member, Jean-Gualbert FABUREL of Audax Club Parisien has confirmed that a medical certificate will not be part of the 2011 PBP registration process. This was true in years past, but is not required for registration in 2011.
